Residential framing
We frame new houses, additions and infill builds to the engineer’s drawings, including floor systems, walls, and roof structures. The crew that starts the frame finishes it, which matters more than it sounds: framing errors are cheap to fix on day three and expensive on day thirty.
Commercial and tenant improvement framing
Steel stud and wood framing for commercial fit-outs, demising walls, bulkheads and ceiling structures. We work to the schedule a tenant improvement actually runs on, and coordinate around mechanical and electrical rough-in rather than fighting it.
Structural alterations
Removing a load-bearing wall, opening up a main floor or adding a dormer is structural work that needs engineering, permits and temporary support done correctly. We handle the whole sequence, not just the carpentry.
Panelized framing
